Industrial-scale power converters are electronic devices that convert electrical power from one form to another. These converters are used in a wide range of industrial applications, including renewable energy systems (Solar and Wind), electric vehicles, and power grids.

EnBrilion industrial scale power converters are bi-directional AC-DC/DC-AC converters that feature high-efficiency IGBT design, connecting to PV/Wind DC, grid, and battery DC, wide DC voltage range: 600-1500 Volt, IP65 encapsulation and are equipped with CAN/RS485 communication ports.

30 kW- 60kW Hybrid Converters Series

EnBrilion three-phase inverter series in the power range of 30 – 60 KW, are designed to be installed in an open space in an apartment, villa, office or in any other environment where design, safety and user-friendliness are important criteria. EnBrilion hybrid inverters can be connected to PV panels, battery units and to the AC side, the grid (for selling and buying electricity), appliances and can also work in island mode at blackouts.

 

An inverter is an electronic device that converts direct current (DC), on the battery side, to alternating current (AC), the user side or grid. This process is achieved through a series of electronic switches that rapidly switch the polarity of the DC voltage, creating a waveform that resembles AC power.

 

The process of converting DC to AC involves several stages. First, the DC voltage is passed through a filter to remove any unwanted noise or interference. The filtered DC voltage is then fed into a series of electronic switches, typically made up of transistors or MOSFETs. These switches are controlled by a microcontroller or other control circuitry, which determines the timing and duration of each switch's operation.

 

As the switches turn on and off, they rapidly alternate the polarity of the DC voltage, creating a waveform that resembles AC power. The frequency and amplitude of this waveform can be adjusted by varying the timing and duration of the switch operations.

 

To ensure that the output waveform is clean and stable, most inverters also include additional filtering and regulation circuitry. This may include capacitors, inductors, and other components that help smooth out any fluctuations in the output voltage or current.
